Working with Children Growing up in a Climate of Violence
Research on the origins of seriously offending behavior has shown that those young people most at risk of harming others have been the most seriosly victimised themselves. This sub-plenary will describe a successful residential approach to re-parenting these young people, to radically change their emotional responsivenesss, and to change their sense of them-selves, to help them live abuse -free lives and achieve their true potential.
