In this presentation we would like to share our team practical experience of multi level systemic care of psychosomatic outdoor patients-children and adults. Theoretical background emerged out of our cross-over experience of a clinical psychologist, trained in systemic family therapy and narrativ approaches and university education in acupuncture. The idea of yin and yang concept within the body and enviroment as a parallel to systemic thinking about families The term „process diagnosis“is used as a language bridge between the evidence based hard core medical care system and psychoterapeutical care to open up the space for the patient to enhance more control over his/her own process of helaing. Three main ares of work are considered usefull: -participating with the medical professionals in multidisciplinary case conferences, encouradging systemic thinking within the medical enviroment -offering patints open group „educationl“sessions to slowly suggest possible parallels between the yin and yang concept of health and illnes and family systemic therapy, combining with individual and group physical excercises encouradging body awareness -offering psychotherapy(family, individual, art therapy, group therapy...) as a safe space for the client, using techiques as externalizations, narrativ approaches, reflecting team, etc.
