During this workshop, Elena Karkazi and Michel Maestre, will at once adress an institutional problem and a conjugal problematic starting from the concepts of Resonance and Resilience.
Elena Karkazi is a Clinical Psychologist, Couple and Family Therapist, Director of Systemic Approach & Family Therapy Institute in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Elena Karkazi will demonstrate how the space of training can become a privileged place for the fulfillment of resilient forces of system’s members in the midst of an acute socio-economic crisis. It’s the trainer’s responsiblity to use himself into this system in mouvance, especially when financial demands appear. Thanks to work based on emotions and resonances which emerge, a new space of liberty is created in the face of threatening socio-economic adversities and THE imposing Reality gives its place to the ethics of personal choices.
Michel Maestre is a Clinical Psychologist, Couple and Family Therapist, Manager of PSYCOM Institute in Villeneuve d’Ascq, France.
Michel Maestre, works with couples since 1985. In 2004, he created La Clinique du Couple which is dedicated to couple problems. In this center, sexologists, psychotherapists and marital violence specialists welcome couple in difficulties. During this workshop, Michel Maestre will explain how the therapist who is both listening to his/her emotions and working from Resonances, will be able to create a Resilience Context. This context will be favorable for the psychotherapy process.
